Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Property plans for the financier's private Caribbean island among the photographs.

Also contained in this recent document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but subsequently obtained the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the bottom right.

The site plan is covered in red pen markings and features a key labelling different areas of the property.

In addition to the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Additional documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional process.
